Management Team

 

Nazım Anıl

After graduating from the Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration and Finance in 1984, he worked for several companies in different industries for 25 years. During this time he held several positions including Accountant & Financial Advisor, Financial Affairs Coordinator, Controller and Chief Executive Officer. In 1978, he spent 4 months in England to observe Auditing and Standards of Accountancy & Auditing. Nazım Anıl is a Lecturer at the Istanbul University, Academy of Social Science. He is also an Occupational Trainer at the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Advisers. He serves at the Management Committees of various Environmental Protection, Sports and Culture Associations. He has membership of Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Alumni Association and Association of Expert Accountants of Turkey. Nazım Anıl is one of the founding partners of our company and holds the Sworn in Certified Public Accountant certificate since 1995.

 

Abdullah Yaylı

He graduated from the Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration and Finance in 1978. He worked as a Controller for a private company between 1975 and 1985. He worked as a CPA between 1985 and 1995. He is an Occupational Trainer of Istanbul Chamber of Independent Public Accountants and Financial Advisors since 1992. He is an active member of the Marmara University, Academy of Commerce Alumni Association and the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Alumni Association. Abdullah Yaylı has become a Sworn in Certified Public Accountant in 1995 and has been working for ANIL YMM since then.

 

Vahap Adıyaman

He graduated from the Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Business Administration and Finance in 1982. He worked as a Controller of Finance for a group of companies and also worked as a Chief Executive Officer for the parent company. He worked as a CPA between 1999 and 2003. He served as a member of Auditing Board for the Turkish Football Federation. He served as a member of the Management Committees for many social and cultural clubs between 2000 and 2004. He served as a Management Committee member of the Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, and currently holds the position of Chairman. He is one of the founding members of the Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics Alumni Association. He currently serves at the Board of Trustees of this Faculty. Vahap Adıyaman has become a Sworn in Certified Public Accountant in 2003 and has been working for ANIL YMM since then.

 

Necati Akın

Necati Akın graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration and Finance in 1975. He also worked for a bank for 5 years during his studies. Following his graduation he worked as an Assistant Controllar and Financial Controller. He then worked as a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Adviser until 1994. Necati Akın has served as a management comitttee member and a chairman for the Association of Financial Advisers and Accountans. He was the Councilor of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and the Deputy Chairman of the Planning & Budget Commission between 1994-1999. Necati Akın received his Sworn in Certified Public Accountant Cerfificate in 1994 and became one of the partners of ANIL YMM in 2008.
